When am I due?

The device controls when to come in — if your device is warning Service or Lockout in X days, please comply with the device.

How to check “Next Service”
  1. Turn the key on (do not start engine).
  2. When it says “ready for test please blow”, press the left blue button.
  3. Tap until Service is highlighted, then press OK.
  4. Go down to Next Service and press OK.

You’ll see Next Appointment Date and Service Reason.

Need to reschedule?

Filling out this form does not add extra time if you’re close to lockout. The maximum grace period is typically 5 calendar days from your scheduled service date.

Example: scheduled for the 15th → latest is the 20th (not business days). We are not open on weekends.
